- If your site uses cookies or collects info via forms, do you have a privacy policy linked in the footer?

Trust Signals (Questions 12–15)
- Is your phone number visible in the header or homepage hero (not just buried on the contact page)?
- Are there real reviews or testimonials with names visible on the homepage?

- Does the homepage feel current — with no obvious old dates (‘Easter 2024,’ ‘Spring Sale 2023’)?

Content and CTAs (Questions 16–18)
- Is your top CTA button text specific (e.g., ‘Get My Free Quote’) instead of vague (‘Click Here,’ ‘Submit’)?
- Are your paragraphs short — 1–3 lines max — with frequent subheadings or bullets?
- Are your service or ‘plan your visit’ pages findable from the homepage in one click?
Why these matter: visitors scan, they don’t read. Clear CTAs and skim-friendly content turn passive visits into actions.
Local Presence (Questions 19–20)
- Is your Google Business Profile claimed, complete, and updated within the last 30 days?
- Have you collected at least one new Google review in the last 90 days?
Why these matter: for local small businesses and churches, Google Maps is often the FIRST place new visitors find you — before they ever see your website. A complete, active profile drives traffic to everything else.
How to Score Yourself
Count your ‘yes’ answers:
✅ 16–20 yeses: your website is in solid shape. Focus on the 1–4 you missed and you’re set for the rest of the year.
✅ 10–15 yeses: you have specific fixable issues. Pick three to fix this month, then three the next month.
✅ Under 10 yeses: your website is quietly costing you visitors every day. The good news — that means even small fixes will produce visible results fast.
